Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Whether you're in the UK or elsewhere in the world we can get our products to you easily. Everything is packaged beautifully and shipped out from our base in England by one of our delivery partners.

IN THE UK

All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail's postal service. Deliveries usually arrive with you within 3-5 working days from your order, though they may take longer due to holidays, bad weather, etc. The following flat rates are charged -

All UK orders less than £5 will incur a £1 delivery charge

All UK orders over £5 are FREE

REST OF THE WORLD

All international orders are shipped with Royal Mail's Airmail service. Deliveries usually take 7-10 days. Deliveries may take longer than the stated depending on your local postal service. The following flat rates are charged -

All International orders £2

All orders over £10 will receive a free delivery.

Dispatch Times

Everything you order is generally in stock, however, we are a small family business creating lovely things and we may have pressures that me delay the dispatch.  We would hope to be getting all orders to you within 3 to 5 working days.

Return & Exchange Policy

We operate a 14-day exchange or return policy. If you wish to return or exchange purchased items, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will give you details about how to return the product(s) to us. Provided the returned items are in the condition they were in when you received them (unused, unopened, etc.) we will provide a full refund for the cost of the products.

If you are returning or exchanging non-defective or damaged products, it is your responsibility to ensure that the products are returned safely. Items lost in the post are your responsibility, so you should use a registered postal service.

Once we've received the item(s) returned in their original condition, we will issue a refund (paid in the same way you paid for the products) within 48 hours. If you received your original order with free delivery, the cost of that delivery will be deducted from your refund.

On the rare occasion that you receive damaged or defective products, please return them within 30 days for a full refund. In these instances, if you provide a receipt of return postage costs, we will refund this, too.

Lost Orders

On rare occasions, mistakes get made and packages get lost. If you think your order has been lost, please let us know so we can get it sorted ASAP. Just remember, packages can only be declared lost if they haven't arrived after two weeks for UK orders and after four weeks for international orders. Please note to take special care when checking your details when you place an order: if you enter your name, address, postcode, or other important details incorrectly, we cannot assure that your order will get to you, and if it doesn't we cannot be held liable to resend the items without additional cost.

Customs Charges

Customers outside the EU should be aware that some countries charge import duty and local sales taxes, which customers will need to pay on receipt of their delivery. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges. Any parcels returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected; we reserve the right to minus all costs incurred.
